Terms of use
Last updated 16 July 2026.
These terms govern your use of Drive Store (the "Service"), operated from Branston Court, Branston Street, Birmingham, B18 6BA. By creating an account, browsing listings, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Using Drive Store
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Buying
Listings are created by trade sellers, not Drive Store itself — we provide the marketplace, but each seller is responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, including condition, fitment, and pricing. Every order is covered by our buyer protection, including a 30-day return window from delivery for parts that don't match their listing or arrive faulty.
3. Selling
Drive Store is trade-only — selling accounts are limited to registered businesses that have been through our seller application process. Sellers must list parts accurately, honour the condition grade shown, and dispatch orders promptly. We may suspend or remove a seller's account for repeated inaccurate listings, non-delivery, or other breaches of these terms.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use Drive Store to list stolen or counterfeit parts, to mislead other users, to scrape or resell our listings data, or to attempt to circumvent our buyer protection or payment processes.
5. Liability
Drive Store facilitates transactions between buyers and trade sellers but is not itself the seller of any part listed on the Service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use Drive Store after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
